We also supply a full range of tools to use during the application processes.
INTIS GROUP supply stainless steel in sheet or rolled form from European manufacturers which includes grades 300 and 400 series. Our range of 300 series grade is generally preferred for most contracts in Kazakhstan due to its durability.
A range of widths up to 1.2 meters and thickness ranging from 0.4 to over 1mm are available.
Various finishes can be supplied including 2B dull polished, annealed and hot rolled
All products can also be supplied with a protective film if required.
Supplied in 3003/1050 Aluminium, 304/316 Stainless Steel and Galvanised Steel in various widths and thicknesses, All of our banding comes with full certification from European manufacturers.
To suit the banding these are available in boxes of 100 and 1000 for 9.5mm, 12.7mm and 19.0mm, in boxes of 50 and 500 for 25.4mm, and boxes of 10 and 50 for 40.0mm and 50.8mm banding. Seals are produced from 0.8/0.9mm Aluminium and Stainless Steel for all sizes up to 25.4mm, 1.6mm material for 40.0mm and 50.8mm Stainless Steel seals and 3mm material for Aluminium Seals 40.0mm and 50.8mm.
Stainless steel tying wire is used for the securement of larger sections of insulation stonewool products. Our stainless steel tying wire is available in 300 series stainless steel and comes fully certified from European manufacturers.
To secure metallic jacketing in hot insulation applications we provide a wide variety of screws and blind rivets Self tapping screws for the securement of jacketing or cladding for pipelines vessels and tanks. Various sizes and types available including slotted hex, Philips slotted hex head with or without EPDM or polyamide washers
Blind rivets are stocked in a large number of grades – aluminium, stainless steel, galvanized carbon steel – and a large number of sizes.
To enable the removal of metallic jacketing, toggle latches and hooks are available in various functionalities, sizes and material grades. Whether self-locking, adjustable, push-pull, quick release in carbon steel or stainless steel.
